Every volunteer contributes to the community. The Red Cross, a beacon of hope and assistance, offers a unique opportunity this spring for N.E. Oklahoma residents. Not only can they volunteer but also serve as crucial links to the Native citizens of the region. The Quapaw Nation, with Randy Jackson, Director of Emergency Management, backs our partnership with the Red Cross, enhancing community safety and preparedness.
